Supervised Contracted Clinician

Professional Counselor Associate, PCA

Welcome! I’m Ellie, a holistic therapist dedicated to supporting you in expanding your capacity to embrace all that life has to offer. I believe wholeheartedly that every person is capable of healthy change, growth, and healing. If you’re here, it’s likely you’re ready to take aligned action to support your own healing journey, and I am here to accompany you every step of the way with genuine compassion, presence, and acceptance.

Together, we can explore your life patterns, strengthen self-trust, develop flexibility in making new choices, and expand your capacity to hold the full spectrum of life experiences. My specialty lies in working with individuals who have trauma histories and various presentations of C-PTSD, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and neurodivergence.

My holistic approach treats the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—by utilizing a variety of healing modalities. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), internal family systems, mindfulness-based practices, art processes, somatic therapy, and grounding techniques. Each individual is unique, and I am committed to tailoring your treatment to meet your specific needs.

Let’s embark on this journey together, fostering healing and growth that resonates deeply within you and reverberates throughout every facet of your life.
